Continuing in the theme of helpful post to help you plan your wedding we have interviewed on line a wedding planner to give you some insight into how a wedding planner could help you planning your wedding day and also on the day support. "A little bit about us (me)... my Mum Linda started the business in 1994 and I joined about seventeen years ago. I took over the business around seven years ago. We are bespoke stationers, producing really unique designs using traditional print methods, and the other side of our business is Luxury event and wedding planning.
"When I first meet a client, the bride and her mum usually know exactly what they will be getting when they hire a planner, it is the father or groom that take the most convincing!
"No matter whether we are planning and designing the whole event from scratch, or stepping in to pick up the admin or final countdown, the father or groom are usually then first ones to thank me afterwards, and to tell me they realise exactly why they needed me!
"Generally when we are asked 'what do we do?' - 'can we get them a better rate?' etc - For almost all weddings I say pretty much the following. Clients themselves are of course more than capable of doing the 'wedmin' that I do for them, they can venue source, spend hours researching the perfect suppliers, endlessly check over contracts and details, liaise with everyone, discuss and plan all the logistics of the day etc etc....but.....they have to fit this in amongst life, work, gym, social time and so on. To have a planner doing all this for them means they can sit back and enjoy the fun elements to wedding planning, knowing they have someone there working behind the scenes, ensuring that details are covered and every attention to detail has been taken care of. It also gives them reassurance that someone is working with them to maximise the budget and make sure they don't get carried away!
"Quite often as a planner we can get better supplier rates as we have excellent working relationships with everyone we work with and are 'repeat business' where a one off bride is (usually ) not. It means that sometimes what they spend on our fee is saved by the reduced rates we can achieve."

Weston Mendip FC is the Home of Girls Football in North Somerset. Founded in 2008, Weston Mendip Girls and Ladies Football Club was formed to provide members of the club with the opportunity to play competitive football in the local area in a safe and controlled environment, under the supervision of FA Qualified Coaches. To develop players of all standards and encourage players to find enjoyment and fun in teamwork, through genuine effort and enthusiasm for the greatest game in the World, Football.
The club currently has around 250 players across 15 teams which play in 3 leagues.
Spirit Wedding Cars proudly became the match day kit sponsor this season for the Purple Jets which play in the Somerset FA Under 15's Girls league on Saturday's.

The Wedding Breakfast: After the ceremony, your expertly prepared wedding breakfast will be served in the restaurant The Square Kitchen – choose from one of the delicious wedding breakfast menu options. The large restaurant area is great for speeches and a special area can be set aside for cutting the cake.
The Reception: Later, The Square transforms into one of the premier wedding reception venues in Bristol. The Lower Deck Cocktail Bar is complete with a dancefloor and music license – the venue can recommend or arrange a DJ, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Outside Spaces: The heated Terrace is a perfect space to enjoy your canapé reception and for your guests to mingle in the sun. In the winter months, enjoy the Secret Garden; a cosy, heated space – secluded from the party.
