Naturally, we love to capture these moments. If you follow our Instagram or Facebook pages, you will see a steady stream of gorgeous smiling couples with stunning backdrops.

However, we frequently get asked: “Do you post every single wedding you drive for?”

The short answer is no. Here is an honest look at why we use social media, and the strict rules we follow regarding when we post—and when we keep the cameras down.

Why We Use Social Media:

For a small business, wedding car provider, social media is much more than just a marketing tool. We use our platforms to:

• Provide real inspiration: We want couples to see how our cars looks in real-world settings, under different weather conditions, and at various local venues.
• Build vendor community: We love tagging talented local photographers, florists, and venues to celebrate the local wedding industry.
• Celebrate our couples: Sharing a beautiful snapshot is our way of sending a public "congratulations" to the newlyweds!

Why We Do Post a Wedding:

If you see a photo of your wedding day on our feed, it is because it met three specific criteria:

1. We have permission: We never publish photos of our couples, their guests, or their private venues without explicit consent. Your privacy always comes first.
2. The timing is right: We never post live from an event. We only share images after the event to ensure we don't ruin any surprises or compromise your day.
3. It showcases a unique detail: We look for shots that highlight something special—like a unique or stunning venue entrance, or a timeless, candid smile with the car.

Why We Don't Post a Wedding:

If we drove for your wedding and you don’t see it on our timeline, please do not think your day wasn't absolutely perfect! There are several very important reasons why we deliberately choose not to post:

• Respect for privacy: Many couples simply prefer to keep their special day entirely private from public platforms. We respect that completely.
• Focus on the drive: Our primary job is to be your chauffeurs, not content creators. If a schedule is tight or the weather is challenging, our drivers focus 100% on safety, timing, and your comfort—meaning the camera stays in our pocket.
• Aesthetic consistency: Sometimes, the lighting on a rainy afternoon doesn't do our vintage paintwork justice, or a quick phone snap doesn't match the high-quality curation of our main feed.
  
• Exclusive photography rights: We respect professional photographers. If a photographer requests that we wait for their official gallery rather than posting smartphone snapshots, we gladly honor their timeline.
• Children - we don't share any pictures of children due to privacy and safeguarding and believe that children should be protected with digital autonomy.
